No offense but the less American kids with headsets the better. It's harder to run into ass***** from other countries, or at least they don't speak, and Xbox Live has a bigger ratio of Americans.
Isn't that a bit too much info.
I think my favorite boss of all time is Phalanx, the 13th colossus from Shadow of the Colossus.
Best selling based on what? the speed at which it's selling, units sold combining all platforms versions, not counting games that were bundled with hardware like Wii Play? The article doesn't mention any of that stuff...
No, Oblivion was better then Fallout 3, but Fallout 3 sold more because it had guns, therefore it appealed to more people. Both awesome anyway and very similar.
Good that they recognize MGS4, it's one of my 3 favorite games of all time. Too bad that like many other websites they didn't give it GOTY as they should have. Best franchise ever.
I probably played a different game because I thought the level design in this game was fantastic, it introduced a lot of new enemies, powerups and platforming mechanics that were not in super mario world. I would agree that the boss fights are way too easy, but besides from that I had a lot of fun with this game.
As some people have stated, whoever was not convinced by Halo 3 which was the best selling Halo and 360 game, will probably not be convinced by Reach. It's job is to please already 360 owners so they don't migrate to ps3. In fact this being the last bungie halo, things will likely get harder for Microsoft now. Santa Monica, Insomniac, Naughty Dog, Team Ico, Polyphony Digital are some of the best developers out there. Microsoft needs Rare and Lionhead to start producing more big franchises, th...
About damn time.
MGS4 installs took 2 minutes, it was basically like a long loading screen, but the game barely took time to load while playing the chapter. So when you add it up, 10min of waiting in a 18hs game is not even worth mentioning. And I agree, MGS4 is the best game this generation and probably of this past decade.
You obviously didn't play street fighter 2010.
Personally I would choose Metal Gear Solid 4, also loved Super Mario Galaxy and GTA IV.
Next gen Okami, you paint with your hands!!
Anyone else disappointed of Molyneux for choosing Halo?

I think if you just go wherever you're told to and don't explore other areas it may take less, but most people I know finish it in around 20hs and that was the length given by Take Two when the game came out.
The first one was about 20hs long so it's kind of disappointing. Hopefully the multiplayer will be good.
Most likely GOTY 2010:
1- Super Mario Galaxy 2
2- Bioshock 2
3- New Zelda
4- God of War III
5- Halo: Reach
6- The Last Guardian
7- Gran Turismo 5
8- Final Fantasy XIII
9- Mass Effect
10-Bayonetta
As long as it doesn't end up costing $600 I don't mind, the space might be good for the games. But honestly I haven't watched a single blue-ray movie on my PS3 yet and I'll probably continue to watch streamed or downloaded movies only.
No new IPs, only sequels. The Last Guardian should've been on that list, easily my most anticipated game of 2010.
